Support and Implementation Services

As part of the licensing services, Softworks provides full implementation and support services with its licensing. We staff and continue to grow a live “full service” support help desk. These staff members range from high level technical experts to former lawyers and judicial and legal community employees.
Softworks support staff currently supports over 16,000 users. These users range from judges and court personnel to attorneys and legal staff as well as technical experts. The JCalendar application has been in a production state for over 6 years and has grown exponentially over the time it has been operational. The system has facilitated the creation of over 750,000 cases and the scheduling of over 1.3 million hearings and events to date for the Florida and Rhode Island Court Systems. There are existing inquiries by the 13th Judicial Circuit Public Defenders Office and Clerk of Circuit Court for implementation and adoption of the JCalendar system. Softworks continues to integrate, update, and implement additional data-sources for the judicial and legal communities. The following agencies contribute integrated case data to the Florida Circuit Court System and its stakeholders through its docketing system.
