Fixes |
|
|
|
ˇ
Clearing of Event
Notifications and Case Style when selecting another day or month, where there is
no active case/event selected.
ˇ
Enhanced Case Notes (Quick
Note) in the appointment editor. It now supports full MS Word formatting (i.e.
font and color changes). It is also much larger and allows the user to mark the
note as ?Private?. When the note is
marked private, it is only available to the user who created it and the
administrator of that user. Example: if a judge types a note and marks it
private, he/she and his/her admin (usually the JA) are the ones to view that
note. Private notes are not printed on any documentation.
ˇ
Fixed the automatic
selection of a case when selecting it from the Monthly Calendar or the Case
Tracking screens.
ˇ
Main page links now work
when clicking anywhere within the highlighted menu item.
ˇ
Appointment Editor ? You can
now minimize only the Scheduler Information panel, or only the Event Summary
panel. This gives the user more flexibility in customizing the viewing of the
Appointment Editor page.
ˇ
Fix to the Attorney bar#
lookup. The panel now returns the attorneys full name instead of only the last
name.

Full Microsoft Outlook Integration |
|
The JCalendar OA plugs directly into Outlook allowing the users to continue to
use Outlook as their primary communications console, but adds all of the

JCalendar can import customized InfoPath forms into its scheduling and workflow
for customized data collection. i.e. A Judge can require specific custom
information to be filled out prior to scheduling a hearing. |
