Modifying User Preferences

(See screenshot below)

1. Show Case Number in Appointment List

If checked, it Displays the Clerk's Case Number in the Appointment List when modifying an appointment.

 

2. Show FFN in Appointment List

If checked, it Displays the Family File Number in the Appointment List when modifying an appointment.

 

3. Show UCN in Appointment List

If checked, it Displays the Uniform Case Number in the Appointment List when modifying an appointment.

 

4. Show Status in Appointment List

If checked, it Displays the Event Status in the Appointment List when modifying an appointment; i.e., Canceled, Active, Pending, Continued, Accepted, Declined.

 

5. Show Resource Name in Appointment List

If checked, it Displays the Resource Name in the Appointment List when All Resources is selected in the dropdown.

 

6. Hide Event Times in Appointment List

If checked, it Hides the Event Times in the Appointment List when modifying an appointment.

 

7. Anchor Quick Notes in Appointment List

Allows you to Anchor the Quick Notes dialog to the bottom of the screen, which can stay open when calling up additional cases.

 

8. Hide Canceled Appointments

If checked, it Hides the Appointments marked as Canceled in the Appointment List.

 

9. Highlight Calendar Days With Content

If checked, it Highlights the days that have appointments with either Blue (Appointment Editor) or Orange (Availability Editor).

 

10. Default Appointment Type

Options are Hearing, General, or Online Meeting.

 

11. Run in AJAX Mode

This is only available if you are a participant of the Pilot. This should be unchecked unless otherwise authorized.

  1. rom the main Microsoft Outlook window, click the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
  2. Select or clear the Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages check box.
