JCalendar Registration |

| Follow the instructions below to register to schedule with JCalendar. | |
| Legal Assistants (Attorney's Assistants) | |
|
1. |
Click on the link that
says “New users click here to register.” |

2. |
Using the dropdown menu, select
account type Legal Assistant. |
|
3. |
After viewing the Privacy Statement and License Agreement, click Next. |
| 4. |
Enter the Legal
Assistant’s information (NOTE: This is NOT the
Attorney’s information – this will be added after the legal assistant is
registered). Click Next. |
| 5. |
Make sure the
user name matches the legal assistant’s email address, and then create a password.
Click Next. |
| 6. |
Confirm that the
information submitted is correct. Click Next. |
| 7. |
An email will be sent to
the email address given, and the account can be activated by clicking on the
link provided in the email. Click Finish to return to the login page.
The registration email should arrive within approximately 20 minutes. |
| 8. | Open the registration email and click "Accept" to complete the registration process. Make sure to check your spam and junk folders if you cannot find the registration email in your inbox. If necessary, add "info@jcalendar.net" and "support@softworkssolutions.com" to your safe sender list to ensure arrival of subsequent emails from JCalendar. |

Go to
www.jcalendar.net and log in with your assigned username and
password. |
| Attaching an attorney to your profile: | |
| 10. | A user cannot schedule in JCalendar without an attorney associated with their account. Click on "Add Attorney" upon logging in.(*) |
| 11. |
Search for the
attorney’s information by entering the bar number and clicking on the
magnifying glass. The
bar number is required to access the system. The fields below should be
filled in automatically. (If the displayed email address is incorrect,
please update your profile information with the Florida Bar Association
before trying to register with JCalendar. JCalendar pulls the initial
contact information from the Florida Bar Association's
website
for security purposes. If your email address is not up to date, JCalendar's registration process will fail.) Click Next. |
| 12. | Confirm that the information submitted is correct. Click Next. |
| 13. |
An email will be sent to
the attorney's email address, notifying him/her of your request. Make sure
your attorney clicks on "Accept" to allow you to schedule for him/her. |
| 14. | Once your attorney accepts the request, you will be notified by email. The next time you log in, the attorney will be part of your resources and you can schedule for the attorney. |
| (*) | This process allows for multiple assistants to schedule for the same attorney and for one assistant to schedule for multiple attorneys. An appointment created by one assistant can be viewed and canceled by another assistant who is also associated with the attorney. |
