| 3. |
Search for the
attorney’s information by entering the bar number and clicking Find
(magnifying glass). The
bar number is required to access the system. The fields below should be
filled in automatically. (If the displayed email address is incorrect,
please update your profile information with the Florida Bar Association
before trying to register with JCalendar. JCalendar pulls the initial
contact information from the Florida Bar Association's
website
for security purposes. If your email address is not up to date, JCalendar's registration process will fail.) Click Next. |
| 4. | Confirm that the information submitted is correct. Click Next. |
| 5. |
An email will be sent to
the attorney's email address, notifying him/her of your request. Make sure
your attorney clicks on "Accept" to allow you to schedule for him/her. |
| 6. | Once your attorney accepts the request, you will be notified by email. The next time you log in, the attorney will be part of your resources and you can schedule for the attorney. |
| (*) | This process allows for multiple assistants to schedule for the same attorney and for one assistant to schedule for multiple attorneys. Appointments created by one assistant can be viewed and canceled by another assistant who is also associated with the attorney. |
