New Registration - No email received

Normally this is due to the JCalendar registration email being "caught" in the SPAM or Junk eMail filters. You can check this by following the steps below.
 

Using Microsoft Outlook

1. First, check your "Junk eMail" folder to make sure the "New Registration" email is not in there. You can also "Search" for the email by searching for the keyword "JCalendar".  If you do not find it in your Junk eMail folder, continue to No. 2 below.

 

 
   
2. Add the @jcalendar.net and @softworkssolutions.com email domains to the Safe Senders list in Outlook.  

To add domains to your Safe Senders list, click on Actions, Junk eMail, Junk eMail Options, Safe Senders tab. 
 
   
 
   
3. Click on Add, type in "@jcalendar.net" and click OK.  Click on Add, type in "@softworkssolutions.com" and click OK.
