Funded Pricing Model (Full Support)
All software licenses are based on an individual resource. i.e. judge, magistrate, or
hearing officer. All support
licenses are free of charge. (i.e: Judge’s Assistants, Case Managers, Staff Attorneys, etc.). *Clerk Data integration and
maintenance is included with all Scheduling and External Access licenses.
All users, on the system, are supported by Softworks support staff, including all registered
External users
(i.e. Attorneys). This support includes registration,
ongoing maintenance and phone support. All Court user licenses include onsite
training and periodic onsite
User Group Meetings
(normally scheduled quarterly).
Court licenses also include Technical Phone Support and Remote PC Support (if
available). Note: Softworks maintains a
support staff which is currently supporting over 10,000 users in the State of
Florida and another 2,000 in the State of Rhode Island.
*We are currently providing the
External Data Integration license, free of charge, for up to 3 external sources.
It includes updates and modifications to any future changes of those sources,
for the length of the contract.
Note:
The only upfront cost to the Court, in this model, is the purchasing of the
hardware for the database and web servers.

If the Court were to implement 12 (judge/magistrate/hearing officer) licenses
initially. These judges would have the capability of managing their
schedules/dockets, publish availability to external attorneys, and integrate to
3 external data sources, the cost would be less than $50,000 year.

Pricing Model (Limited Support)
This purchasing model
requires the Court to manage and support all of its external users
(i.e. Attorneys). Softworks provides initial onsite training and phone support for all Court users. Further onsite
support can be obtained through an additional purchase order process at any time.

Pricing Model (Full Support)
All scheduling, external access, workflow, document submission and management
licenses are completely free of charge to the Court. The only requirement, is
that the private attorneys carry the cost of the software. The pricing for the
attorneys is considerably lower, as the overall number of users is much greater.
Therefore we can spread the lower cost over many users. This pricing model is
based on each attorney. All support licenses (paralegal, legal assistants) are
included in this license.
