Our Philosophy |

Our mission is to provide quality software solutions, and
customer service using the latest in software tools and methodology, to private
and government businesses, saving them time and ultimately money. The solutions
that we provide are enterprise-wide software packages, solving a wide range of
business problems. Our primary suite of applications focus on the Judicial
branch of the government. These solutions provide a range of functionality;
from management of docket information in a courtroom, to an enterprise-wide
scheduling systems that allows attorney's to schedule against a specific judge's
calendar over the internet. |
Successful implementation of our products requires creating ongoing
collaboration with the judiciary and other governmental sectors, along with
private stakeholders. Softworks believes that for our solutions to be effective,
we must maintain an ongoing relationship with all parties doing business with
the Court. We do this by continued phone and email notifications of updates and
changes to the system. We also host periodic luncheons, inviting specific user
groups to attend, while focusing on those features in the system that apply to
those groups. |
